CLIMBIA Coaching Terms
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These Coaching Terms govern services provided by CZAKÓ LÁSZLÓ PÉTER trading as CLIMBIA.
By purchasing or beginning a CLIMBIA coaching service, the client agrees to these Terms.

- athlete assessment;
- personalised training programming;
- movement analysis;
- climbing-video review;
- weekly monitoring;
- training adjustments;
- technical and tactical feedback;

- coaching-related messaging.
The exact service depends on the coaching option selected.
Current standard offers are:
- CLIMBIA Training — €79 / month
- CLIMBIA Performance — €169 / month
- CLIMBIA Competition — €249 / month
- CLIMBIA Movement Assessment — €99 one-off
The website description and written offer provided before payment form part of the service description.
3. Application and acceptance
Submitting an application does not create a coaching contract.
CLIMBIA reviews each application and may accept or decline an applicant based on coaching capacity, suitability and whether the requested service falls within the scope of CLIMBIA coaching.
A contract is formed when:
- CLIMBIA confirms acceptance of the client and the selected service in writing; and
- the client completes the required payment or otherwise expressly accepts the agreed paid service.
4. Athletes under 18
Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian involved in the application and contracting process.
The parent or guardian is responsible for providing any legally required authorisations and for ensuring that the athlete can safely participate in the proposed training.
Where appropriate, coaching communication concerning youth athletes may include the parent or guardian.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment method or private payment link provided by CLIMBIA.
Any recurring billing arrangement will be clearly identified before payment.
The client will receive the legally required payment or invoice documentation.
Prices displayed or agreed before purchase apply to that service period.
CLIMBIA may change prices for future service periods, but a price change will not retrospectively alter a period that has already been paid for.
6. Monthly coaching
Monthly coaching services are provided in monthly service periods.
Unless a separate fixed-term agreement has been made, a client is not required to continue into a further month.
Where recurring billing is used, the client will be informed how to cancel future renewals.
Cancellation of future coaching does not affect statutory consumer rights or any rights relating to a service that has not been properly provided.
7. Consumer right of withdrawal
Where the client is a consumer and the contract is concluded remotely, the client generally has the statutory right to withdraw from the service contract within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason, subject to applicable law.
The withdrawal may be exercised by sending a clear statement to:
[BUSINESS EMAIL ADDRESS]
If the client expressly asks CLIMBIA to begin providing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, CLIMBIA may begin performance during that period.
If the client then withdraws after performance has begun, the client may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided, as permitted by law.
For a service that is fully performed during the withdrawal period, the statutory withdrawal right may cease after full performance where the client has:
- expressly requested early performance; and
- acknowledged in advance that the right of withdrawal will be lost after the service has been fully performed,
to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Starting the service
After payment and any required withdrawal-period instruction, the client receives the relevant onboarding information.
Depending on the selected service, onboarding may include:
- athlete assessment;
- video submission;
- training and schedule information;
- coaching-platform or communication instructions.
Delivery times depend partly on the client providing the information required for the service.
9. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- provide accurate information relevant to coaching;
- communicate injuries, significant pain or health issues relevant to safe training;
- train in an environment appropriate for the planned activity;
- use appropriate equipment and reasonable safety practices;
- make their own responsible decisions about whether they are physically able to perform a session;
- stop or modify training if they experience significant pain, injury symptoms or other safety concerns.
10. Coaching is not medical treatment
CLIMBIA provides sport and climbing coaching.
CLIMBIA does not provide:
- medical diagnosis;
- physiotherapy;
- medical treatment;
- emergency medical services.
A client with an injury, medical condition or concerning symptoms should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where necessary.
Coaching recommendations may be modified or suspended where safety concerns arise.
11. Video analysis
Where video review is included, the monthly video allowance stated for the relevant coaching package applies.
Each submitted clip, including repeated or unsuccessful attempts, may count towards that allowance where stated in the service description.
Unless otherwise agreed, videos submitted for routine analysis should be short climbing clips suitable for coaching review.
Unused video allowance does not automatically carry forward to later service periods unless CLIMBIA agrees otherwise.
12. Communication
Messaging access depends on the selected coaching package.
Where workday messaging is included, it is intended for reasonable coaching-related questions and does not mean:
- 24/7 availability;
- emergency support;
- an immediate or guaranteed response time.
CLIMBIA operates primarily according to Hungarian / Central European working time.
13. Training outcomes
Climbing and training outcomes depend on many factors, including:
- training consistency;
- recovery;
- injury status;
- available facilities;
- competition conditions;
- individual adaptation;
- decisions made by the athlete.
CLIMBIA does not guarantee:
- a particular grade;
- competition placing;
- national-team selection;
- specific strength gains;
- an injury-free outcome.
The service is a professional coaching process, not a guarantee of a specific result.
14. Movement Assessment
The CLIMBIA Movement Assessment is a one-off coaching assessment.
It is designed to identify movement strengths, likely limiters and practical priorities.
It is not a medical examination or medical diagnosis.
The client may use the recommendations independently and is not required to purchase ongoing coaching afterwards.
15. Intellectual property and personal use
Training plans, written analyses, coaching materials and original CLIMBIA resources provided to the client are intended for the client’s personal use.
They may not be commercially reproduced, resold, published as the client’s own coaching product or distributed systematically to third parties without permission.
The client retains ownership of their own videos and other materials submitted to CLIMBIA.
By submitting them for coaching, the client grants CLIMBIA permission to access and use them only as necessary to provide the agreed service, unless separate permission is given for another use.
16. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the CLIMBIA Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy forms a separate notice and is available on the CLIMBIA website.
17. Suspension or termination
CLIMBIA may suspend or terminate coaching where:
- continued coaching would create a serious safety concern;
- the client repeatedly fails to provide information necessary for the service;
- abusive or inappropriate conduct occurs;
- payment due for the service is not made;
- circumstances make it unreasonable or impossible to continue the agreed coaching relationship.
Where CLIMBIA ends a prepaid service without fault by the client, any refund or adjustment required by law will be provided.
The client’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
18. Liability
CLIMBIA will provide the coaching service with reasonable professional care.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
The client remains responsible for decisions made during unsupervised climbing and training and for following appropriate safety practices.
19. Complaints
Complaints should first be sent to:
[BUSINESS EMAIL ADDRESS]
or:
[REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS]
CLIMBIA will handle consumer complaints in accordance with applicable Hungarian law.
Consumers may also contact the competent Hungarian conciliation body (békéltető testület). Current information is available at bekeltetes.hu.
For qualifying cross-border consumer disputes, assistance may also be available through the European Consumer Centre network.
20. Governing law and consumer protection
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
For consumers living in another country, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.
21. Changes to these Terms
CLIMBIA may update these Terms for future service periods where necessary.
Material changes will not retrospectively alter an already-paid service period unless required by law or expressly agreed with the client.
The version in effect when the relevant service is purchased applies to that purchase.
